By using SEN-Ed you agree to these terms. SEN-Ed is a trading name of The Send Tech Company Ltd. Company number 16756429. Registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. SEN-Ed is an education service for UK schools and professionals.

Use of the service

You must use the service in line with its intended purpose (SEND support for education professionals) and with applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for compliance with your school’s policies and data protection obligations.

Accounts and access

Access is subject to registration and, where applicable, school approval. You must keep credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance or operational reasons, with notice where practicable.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. The service is provided “as is” for use by education professionals; we do not guarantee specific educational outcomes.

Changes to terms

We may change these terms. We will indicate changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.
